Working in Dunwoody
Dunwoody's split between long-held family homes and a high-turnover condo market means we do two fairly different kinds of work there. Homeowners hire us for repaints and cabinet refinishing they will live with for years; condo owners and managers hire us to turn a unit fast without cutting corners.
Both come down to preparation and finish quality. A rushed turn that looks bad on move-in day costs an owner more in vacancy and complaints than the days it saved, so we hold the same standard on a two-day turn as on a two-week home project.
Resurfacing is especially useful in Dunwoody condos, where replacing a tub or countertop means dealing with an HOA, a building schedule and an elevator — and resurfacing means none of that.
